Our story

Dachshunds are our family, passion, promise and legacy.

How it began

It started with
one little red dog

Our love for Dachshunds began with Willow, a spirited red standard who taught us everything about this brave, funny, fiercely loyal breed.

What started as one dog became a lifelong passion. Today The House of Dachshund is a small, family-run program where every litter is born in our home and raised with the same care we'd want for our own dogs, because they are our own dogs.

We breed rarely and intentionally, focusing on health, sound structure and the gentle, people-loving temperament that makes Dachshunds such wonderful family companions.

"Every puppy leaves our home already loved, and stays part of our family forever."
